DRESSAGE FROM GREEN TO GRAND PRIX
May Faire Oaks is proud to have two dressage trainers that are primarily based out of the barn, Carmen Franco and Susan Jaccoma.
Both trainers offer lessons and training for both the horse and the rider.

May Faire Oaks customers may also choose to bring in their own trainers.
Susan offers training and teaching to horses and riders of all levels. Susan is a USDF gold medalist and has coached many riders to success in and out of the show arena, including coaching several riders to their USDF Gold Medals.
She has had success in the USDF national arena, with many USDF Regional Championships through Grand Prix.
While Susan enjoys showing at a national level and bringing the horses up through the ranks, her true passion is the international arena.
Along with being long listed with USEF for 10+ years, Susan has competed in many USEF Selection Trials.
She has participated in the Pan Am Games Selections with both Wadamur and Jellowa, and the WEG Selection Trials and Grand Prix championships with Wadamur.
Carmen was born in Colombia. Is a graduated Architect and also obtained the title of Bereiterin in Germany, where she lived for 3 years.
Has participated at National and International level with several remarkable accomplishments. Has made part of Dressage Committees in her native country and helped develop the sport of Working Equitation in the USA.
4 times Colombian National Champion in different levels, won the FEI World Dressage Challenge with highest score in the world in her level. Made part of the Colombian Team at Bolivarian Games in Ecuador in 2001 and won Team Gold Medal and Individual Silver.
In 2004 moved to the United States where she has competed for Colombia in Nations Cup 3 times and was Chef D’Equipe once. Has participated in many local competitions and a few Regional Championships.
